what are symptoms of wheat/gluten allergies?

Rah
Some symptoms are stomach aches, fatigue, loss of energy and weight, a general feeling of discomfort.
The way most doctors test for a gluten allergy is by a blood test, but the only for sure way of knowing if you have it is by getting a biopsy of your stomach. Which of course is not the first method of choice.
If you family has a history of the allergy or if you or a family member has an auto-immune disorder (lupus, diabetes, etc) it is easier for you to have the condition.
Google celiac disease. Tons of sites and info will come up.
Good luck

Just wanted to point our that gluten allergy and celiacs disease are two different conditions. Gluten allergy is an allergy. Celiacs is a complete intolerance.
